I am so missing you LOL! Tomorrow while I am doing my laundry and organizing our pantry I have to cook a Pork sinigang because I have the ingredients that I bought in Asian store yesterday. Well, good luck for my diet hahahha but I dont want to pass this opportunity to cook the dish that I am craving for so Ill better thaw the pork in the morning so its ready in the afternoon for my cooking season.

I have a wonderful gift from my dearest husband last Valentines Day . He got me the latest Coach bag that he surprised me through mail. Woaaah its added to my collection and this is my favorite bag so far. He even gave me a traditional way to celebrate such as the flowers and card for this special day. I thought this time he gave me a bracelet because that's my favorite jewelry and with a charm for bracelet oh that is so pretty to have but I was wrong LOL. Well Ive got a few jewelries that Ive invested when I'm still in the Philippines so I'm already happy the jewelries that Ive owned. As long that the love of my husband still never fade and thats the matter most.

I am so busy today and still I have to continue my house tasks tomorrow afternoon by cleaning and organizing our pantry. Today I just cleaned the 4 fridge that we've got and I am happy about the outcome. It surely a busy day again tomorrow because its my washing day but I need to arrange the pantry and sort it so that its easier for us to see whats stored in that place. Well I am planning to cook Pork Sinigang tomorrow because I have an ingredients that we bought in the Asian store yesterday. We just shop at the Asian store and we are amazed they have a huge selection of charm bracelets and Asian goods that reminds me of home. I am so glad that they have Filipino vegetables in reasonable prices that I am into panic buying all the vegetables that I am craving for LOL.

Plan for Spring Season

My Son is getting big and so do I LOL. Good thing that Spring is in the corner so I cant wait to start my daily exercise by walking in the neighborhood with my Son. Glad that we bought a baby jogging stroller in great price last Christmas so my child is comfortable sitting while Mom is really pushing him in our neighborhood. Gosh, I cant wait for the Spring season will finally here so that we will be doing exercise by walking around our place without worrying the cold weather. Now, I am trying to watch my food intake and once in a while doing my treadmill exercise but its not enough I am really love to walk in the neighborhood to burn more fat while enjoying the scenery.

Missing Them

Its been 13 months when the last time Ive seen them in flesh when we have our 5 weeks vacation back home. Now I am terribly missing them especially my Nieces and Nephews that growing so fast.Although I can call them anytime and talk to them whenever they were no school but its way too different when you are seeing them in person and enjoying every minute with them. Well, we don't have a plan to have a vacation this year might be on 2013 but its still not in our priority so far.

Graduation Gift for Migs

March this year my Nephew Migs will going to graduate in High School. I know how excited I am because I have already a grown up Nephew. Last year we bought him a bass guitar for his birthday gift. Well he was active band member of their church so we are agreed to bought him a bass guitar. He was doing great and boy he really played the guitar really good. Now that his graduation is just around the corner he really want to have another bass guitar just like the gretsch g2202 model that he shown in the website. We are still undecided if we have to push through but my husband is really want me to get him one because he deserves it. Well I have a couple of months to think before I make a big purchase.

The casters that I ordered online was arrive this morning. The husband been very happy that finally he can replaced the old casters this weekend. He blabbing to me last year and finally I already ordered it and hoping I never hear him blabbing again lol. His bible already arrived today and makes him more happier to see the package on my hand. Well its past 9 in the evening and he was still wide awake reading his new bible at the computer room. He deserves a little bit of luxury because his working hard to feed me good and the whole family.

This is it the tillman gloves and Fishing Rod is for my step Son's Christmas gift from us this year. He really into fishing lately so we've decided to send him a rod that his Father personally picked up in the store. Gosh its first of December and I cant wait for Christmas Day because Santa promised me to upgrade my DSLR camera this year lol. Its a 3 years old camera and I am planning to give it to him and get the upgrade one lol. I already set my home decorations in the middle of November but Im still undecided if I am going to decorate our yard this year. The snow is not much pouring this season (hopefully) but Im still undecided if I have to put our inflatable Christmas stuffs in the yard. Finally our bathroom was already renovated last weekend and we are both satisfied with the outcome. We still not used to it the roomy place that weve got and the new spanking commode that my husband dearly loved. Oh we have a nice bathtub installed not the clawfoot bathtub that weve found online. We are really pleased with the outcome and good thing that we are finally decided to renovate it before end of this year or else we still have an ugly bathroom till now.

I am so dying to eat Pinakbet one of the Filipino dishes that I am craving for months. Good thing that the Asian store have vegetables for this dish so I immediately cook my own version without shrimp paste because Im quite allergy about it and it turned it really really good. Im so stress free after gathering the stuffs for our boxes to send back home for Christmas season. Ive been stressing out shopping lately to filled up the two boxes and thanks God its finally shipped last weekend. I am so loving this dish ever since when I was still in High School till now. I don't know what beans has that I really love the taste. We are happy with our insurance providers so far and its been a while that we've been subscribing to these providers for years. Fall Season is finally here and our lawn mowing business is officially closed this year. Well we made a little bit profit this year. I told my husband we better switch an insurance provider for our cleaning business because I am not satisfied with their service. Boxes for my Family Back Home

Its less than 2 weeks before the boxes will going to collect and sending back home for their Christmas stuffs from us. I remembered last year its the same date that we've sent two balikbayan boxes for Christmas and good thing when we arrived in the Philippines the boxes are already been there at my Mom's house just waiting for us to open and distribute the stuffs for my family and friends. Well time really flies fast lol its been almost a year already that we've been visiting my hometown and I am really missing it. I already accumulated a lot of stuffs for the boxes that we are going to send back home before Christmas time. You bet they are really excited to get a stuffs from us just like last year. The good thing is we personally handed the gifts in the boxes last year because we went for a 5 weeks vacation to spent Christmas with my family. Now, its been almost a year since we went home so I am really missing them especially this special occasion. I am telling my Sister that I have a bunch of old cellphone to send in the box my old Blackberry and Motorola cellphones with motorola phone batteries that my husband been using for 3 years. My two years contract of my Blackberry cellphone will going to expired next month and I am thinking to upgrade it into Iphone 4 and as early this time I am very excited to surf for cute and stylish iphone case and other accessories. Well, I told my husband already and he agree about it to upgrade my cellphone. I am planning to send my old one back home you bet my siblings are very happy to own it because its still expensive to own a Blackberry units back home. Yes you heard it right I am losing 20 pounds as of today and its a big accomplishment for me yahoo! I started being a vegetarian for months now and it helps me to lose weight big time and I am so happy with that. I changed my eating routine into more fruits and vegetables and I am just omitting red meats. Its so hard at first but later I never cravings for meats. My plan is to lose another 20 pounds before end of this year and I am happy with my weight that time LOL. I dont want to lose more because they might be thinking that I have a serious problem about my weight and you bet my husband is looking for the best eating disorders treatment centers for me to get in LOL. When we went home last year I just brought with us my old digital camera and aa rechargeable batteries for my dear Mother. Oh yeah, she needed one for herself since my two siblings have a new one that we've sent before our trips overseas. My Mom been very happy that she has her own camera to take pictures during my Nieces and Nephews special occasions at school. She don't need to borrow from my siblings anytime and good thing that I brought her a rechargeable batteries with it so that she dont need to worry to buy an aa batteries all the time. Time Flies Fast

Yes indeed, time flies fast and I cant believe its 4Th of August already. Where's the July goes? LOL. Well, I am pretty excited for this coming Christmas season since its 4 months to go and its my favorite time of the year. Excited? because I cant wait to decorate our place with Christmas decorations that I stored in the storage and too bad that last year I don't have a chance to decorated at home because we went to the Philippines to celebrated Christmas with my family. But this year I am pretty sure that our place will going to have a grand decoration again because I am enjoying to decorate the whole place even the yard with our inflated Santa's LOL. Well before Christmas comes we have to attend a Halloween party for Filipinos association here in our place. Its gonna be a grand costumes party so early this time I keep surfing for the best costumes we are going to wear with my husband. Enjoying Travelling

My husbands cousin and his wife just visited us last week from Texas where they lived. They just stayed here for 2 days and we've just roaming around with their motor home that was really comfortable to ride with. Every Summer they just travelling around in different states to visit. They were really enjoying their retirement and I am happy for them. Good thing that they were a member of roadside assistance club that helping them to keep on the track with their 24 hours customers assistance dispatch so they were feeling at ease and comfortable to ride with their motor home while home away from home. Gosh, I am so envy they just travelling into another places in worry free.If my husband will going to retire then I will suggest him that we are just travelling and travelling and enjoying life while visiting different places that worthy to visit for. I cant wait for that day to come.

Summer Season is Drawing to End

Summer season is fast approaching to end and still we never have a plan to take a vacation either overseas or other states because my husband been very busy at work lately. He dont have a time to take a leave at work so we've just skip of vacationing this year and hopefully next Summer we are going back home for a month. Well its just a plan and no definite date at all. We went back home last Christmas season to celebrated with my family and my dear husband have a blast because its his first time to celebrate Christmas in the Philippines. I am telling you its way too different the celebration here compared back home. Anyway, its still Summer season and who knows that we are going to have a short vacation in where's my husband really enjoy most fishing so I keep surfing about the Table Rock lake real estate that is perfect for both of us because the shopping center is way to near to enjoy while he is enjoying his fishing adventure LOL.

Won again for Second Time

Yes, I was really happy that my dear husband grabbed the first prize of wine making contest at Rodeo Fair in our place. Its been 2 consecutive years already that he won this event. He never drinks liquor but through his experienced when he was young that he was exposed in the environment that his Father was made his own whisky to sell to their neighbors and friends . He just made it for his friends and give aways during special occasions. Since he just won again this year he told me that its a good business to start with and all we need to do is to invest with the steel drum to store the wine for months. Well, I don't want to have another business because we have 2 recent businesses and so far I cant handle no more to add another one. Gosh, I dont have an energy when I am thinking about it.At least if we have to plan to put up again another business then this wine making business will definitely we will start with.

Yes good thing that we went to the store and guess what I found these ripe mangoes that I am craving for? I bought 30 pieces @ 50 cents per piece! Not bad though the price so I grabbed all of them in fruit shelves and I am a happy wife when we went home. I never tired of eating this sweet fruit since I grew up surrounded with this big tree of mango in my Grandfather's backyard back home. So hopefully its still ripe mangoes in the market this weekend when we hit the store.

While I was set up my DSLR for fireworks display I tried it to the single rose in our kitchen and I am really love the result. I even turn off the flash and it turned out good the captured flower. Its been a while that I never playing my gadget since its Summer season I have a tons of invitations from my friends house. I am saving my hard earned money and upgrade my 3 years old toy very soon. I am thinking to give it to my big Sister for her new found hobby. Hopefully I can purchase one before end of this year...half way to go and hopefully I can buy the latest one.

I am craving for bihon for days and glad that I'm still have leftover noodles in the pantry so I immediately grabbed my cookware and ingredients and cook a rice noodles. I just added a tons of veges and boy its so good. I don't have leftover in the pantry so I'll better visit the Asian store anytime soon to buy some Asian goodies for my pantry. We have a simple celebration in our backyard. Only 3 of us have a steak barbecue and boy we really have a blast. Good thing that the weather is cooperating so we decided to stayed longer till we are watching the fireworks display around 9 in the evening. Our neighbors have a cook out too in their respective backyards so when the fireworks was finally started all of us in the neighborhood have a loud cheers even though its quite chilly. Good thing that my husband have a long weekend so we really enjoyed the 4Th of July till dawn. Happy 4Th of July everyone!

We went to the Asian store yesterday and I was delighted that they have a tons of Filipino vegetables that I am planning to cook a Pinakbet. Good thing that my good friend gave me some of shrimp paste to go with the dish because I don't want to buy the whole bottle of it since I just need a few of it for salty flavor. Boy I just loving it and hopefully next week I have to shop again in the Asian store when vegetables are available for my dish.

I am just craving for sweet Filipino treat so I'll check my pantry and good thing most the the ingredients are available in my own kitchen so I immediately bake a Macaroons. It turned out good but boy it makes my weight in rocketing high mood LOL so I just eat whenever my sweet tooth kicks in. Yes since Im started being a vegan so I made a twist with my egg rolls. So I made a vegetables egg rolls that is guilt free for a Vegan like me. I minimize from frying because of much cooking oil that I need so I tried baking egg rolls LOL. Well, Ive decided that frying is much better compared than baking so the last batch is into frying and it turned out really yummy. Now, Im still have 2 packs of egg roll wrappers in the fridge so anytime next week I am going to make another veges eggroll.

We really have a great time in our last vacation in the Philippines last Christmas season. Good thing that my husband really recharged in our 5 weeks stayed in my hometown. We went to the beaches all the time that he never bothered at all about the scorching heat at all. While I often found at the shed because I really hate the heat of the sun LOL. My Grandfather's Brother died at the age of 81 years old this morning. The whole family went to the farm to pay visit for my grandpa's wake. Finally the 2 boxes that we've sent last September is in my Mother's doorstep yesterday. We immediately went to my Mother's house and personally distribute the goods in the boxes.
